product levels

Auxiliary template for determining the product levels (part) and production levels (assembly)

Products are often produced in several variants, which differ from the basic version only in a few positions. For example, offers its model operation, the universal joint shafts in three different length variants an.Dazu, the two toothed shaft joints that are all the same length variants, bonded with each different length connecting shafts. The storage of the individual variants can be done with different methods:
Redundant Storage
In this method, each variant is treated as a completely independent product and stored independently of the other variants. However, this may mean that the overview of the various variables is easily lost and that data that is the same for all variants must be repeatedly (redundantly) listed.
Multiple BOM
The multiple BOM or type BOM is a tabular summary of the BOMs of all considered variants on a data medium. In the horizontal direction, the various variants are listed. In the vertical direction, all the components that are needed to produce all variants are listed with the corresponding quantities for the different variants. As seen from the multi-level BOM for the universal joint shafts variants: 40 / Length / ZZ from our model, operating for example, that the connecting shaft 2 and 2 toothed joints are needed for the universal joint shaft B. The quantities of raw material required for the various connection shafts are listed in the second multiple component list.
Property list and plus-minus parts list
The plus-minus bill of materials is a bill of materials in which the added and / or the attributable parts are listed with reference to a so-called plot site. The property list is the complete BOM for one variant, which is set as the basic type of all other variants. In our model operation it is the universal joint shaft. For the remaining variants, each of its own plus-minus parts lists is used to determine whether a part is added to or removed from the basic type. For example, in our case, for the manufacture of the universal joint shaft 1 in comparison with the universal joint shaft 2, the connecting shaft A falls away and is replaced by the shorter connecting shaft B. Normally, two parts lists are part of the description of a variant: the green backlist and the plus / minus parts list belonging to the variant.

You send the company Mirbler appropriate variants, which are considered in the analysis.
Attention !
For identical analysis results, the different variants are compared by an underscore of each other. Please indicate possible construction value.

You send the company Mirbler only the product to be measured. Then you apply the results of the analysis itself to their occurrence.
You send the company Wirbler & amp; Mirbler correspondingly marked modular products, which are taken into account in the product analysis and their offsetting. The construction products are each analyzed as a separate part (15 + 3). The entire kit also contains three additional analysis indicators.
They share the company Wirber & amp; Mirbler the levels of construction quality of the products, which in the analysis then each time three additional long-term Endmessergenisse per building value.
